What We Do
ISP Infrastructure & Connectivity
We operate a licensed broadband network under UL-VNO ISP Category B across Madhya Pradesh and Delhi NCR, with PoPs at Sify Datacenter Noida and our Bhilai network hub.
Network Intelligence Tools
We develop proprietary SYSLOG and DNS monitoring software built in-house, battle-tested in our own NOC, and designed for the specific demands of ISPs and enterprises.
Communication APIs
Our WhatsApp Business API Server enables automated subscriber notifications, field team alerts, and two-way customer support through WhatsApp.
Internet Exchange (INSTA-IX)
INSTA-IX is our registered IXP, listed on PeeringDB. We peer directly with CDNs and content networks, reducing latency for Indian internet users.

Our Story
INIC Communications Private Limited was incorporated in November 2020 as the technology and licensing entity behind more than fifteen years of internet service in central India. Our consumer brand, Instalinks, has been connecting homes and businesses since 2004 — making us one of the longest-operating ISPs in Chhattisgarh. We hold a UL-VNO ISP Category B license for the Madhya Pradesh telecom circle (since April 2021) and the Delhi NCR circle (since June 2025).
Beyond running an ISP, we are a technology company. Every major tool in our network operations stack was built in-house to solve real operational problems. We are now making these tools available to other ISPs and enterprises who face the same challenges.
